I created this windblown scene of trash collecting along a derelict fence for Earth Day 2021. In capturing the desolation, I wanted to illustrate how this type of degradation damages our ability to solve the problem. If we shed ourselves of this powerlessness, perhaps this scene could turn into one of stunning beauty.
